MEPSCC, on December 14, 2015, issued totally new software on General Notification. Starting from April 1^st, 2016, General Notification will be forced to submit using software.
Software will improve MEPSCC’s management efficiency, to ensure the accuracy of the information transmission, and to enhance the statistics function. However, for notifiers, this will increase the workload and, at the same time, also will increase the work difficulty. Any contents adjustment may result in resigning and re-stamping.
